Cloud Storage

Bandfix automatically syncs your library including songs, PDFs, and audio tracks to the cloud. This ensures your data is safely backed up and accessible across all your devices.

Quota and Usage

Your personal cloud storage includes every song and setlist you create, as well as any custom files you upload (such as PDFs or backing tracks).

External resources, such as YouTube videos or Spotify tracks attached to songs, do not count toward your quota because they are streamed directly from their respective services. However, if you manually upload a file to Bandfix and then link to it, that file will count against your storage limit since it resides in your personal cloud.

Managing Cloud and Local Storage

To ensure fast performance and offline availability, Bandfix stores some content locally on your device. This applies to all song data except external links, which always open in your web browser rather than the Bandfix app.

By default, all files are downloaded to your device for offline access. You can adjust this setting to save space on your device.

To manage your storage:

  1. Tap the Home tab at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select View Details on the Cloud Storage widget.

This view displays a list of all files in your cloud storage. For each file (excluding external links), you can choose whether to keep it stored locally on your device or offload it to the cloud to free up space.
