Planning Gigs with Setlists

The Setlists tab is for managing gigs, rehearsals, and song lists. The main screen lists all setlists with their name, description, date, and other information.

Creating Setlists​

Initially, your setlists library is empty. To create a new setlist, tap on the menu button (top right corner) and select 'Create'. This will open a specialized setlist editor

  • Calendar View: Use the top-left button to see all scheduled setlists on a calendar. Tap a day to filter the list.
  • Search: Find setlists by name using the search bar.

View a Setlist​

Tap any setlist to see its details, including description, location, date, duration, songs, who from your band is assigned to each role for the gig, included songs, breaks and so on.

Duration is automatically calculated based on the total duration of all songs and breaks in the setlist.

From the setlist's menu (top right corner), you can perform several actions:

  • Go Live: Open the setlist in Live Mode for easy access during rehearsals or performances.
  • Export to PDF: Export the setlist as a PDF (.pdf).
  • Share: Share the link to the setlist with your band members.
  • Edit: Open the setlist in the editor to make changes.
  • Duplicate: Create an exact copy of the setlist.
  • Delete: Permanently remove the setlist from your band.

Be absolutely sure before deleting a setlist, as this action cannot be undone.
