Creating & Editing Setlists
Create a New Setlist
- Go to the Setlists tab.
- Tap the top-right menu button.
- Select 'Create'.
Edit a Setlist
- Navigate to the setlist you want to change.
- Tap the top-right menu button and select 'Edit'.
Setlist Attributes
In the setlist editor, you can modify its name, description, location, date and more.
You can also specify the team members assigned to different roles for the event (e.g. who is going to sing and play which instrument).
Adding Songs
Use Add Song button to include songs from your library into the setlist. Tap on it and select one or more songs from your library to add to the setlist. If you need to repeat a song multiple times, just add it again.
Adding Breaks
You can add breaks between songs by tapping the Add Break button. Specify the name, description, and timing of the break. You can set the timing in two ways:
- Duration - specify how long the break should last (e.g., 15 minutes).
- Target Time - specify the exact time when the break should end (e.g., 8:30 PM). This is useful when you need to resume at a specific time for scheduled events.
The break will be included in the total duration of the setlist and displayed in Live Mode with a countdown timer.
Adding Notes
You can add notes to your setlist by tapping the Add Notes button. Notes are useful for keeping track of important reminders, cues, or announcements during performances. Specify the name and content of the notes, and they will be displayed in Live Mode when you navigate to them.
